A car, driver's license, and a helmet. That's it! If you don't have a helmet, a limited number of loaner helmets will be available. Helmets must be SNELL rated SA2010 or later.

All 2026 SCCA Solo rules apply. You're responsible for classing your car and making sure your safety equipment is up to date. See the tech inspection section below for details. If you need help classing your car, you can send a message to our facebook page or select "Unknown" for class.

The technical inspection is for personal safety items such as a SA2010 or newer helmet (SCCA approved helmets) and closed toe shoes. You vehicle will also be checked for safety issues such as the battery must be tied down and secured (No bungee cords), all lug nuts must be present and torqued properly, all loose items removed from the car (including driver floor mat). The tech process will also look at things such as no fluid leaks, brake system and throttle working properly, no structural damage to the car, and ball joints are in good condition.
