TECH HOURS AT THE TRACK:
Thursday, Oct 15 7:00-9:00pm pending staff availability
Friday Oct 16 7:30am Tech Inspection Scales open 7:30am until 30 min after final qualifying
Saturday Oct 17 7:30am Tech Inspection; Scales open 7:30am until end of Race2 for Group 1
FLAG MEETING:
Friday Oct 16 8:00am At the picnic tables near Station 6
Saturday Oct 17 8:00am At the picnic tables near Station 6
RACE SCHEDULE
Friday & Saturday : No race engines may be started before 9:00am or after 7pm
Friday: 9:00am 20 minute qualifying sessions by race group,
Lunch
1pm app Regional Race 1 for all groups will be 20 minutes plus 1 lap.
Grids for Race 1 will be set by the best lap in the previous session.
Thank you party Food and beverage will be available in the garages
Saturday 9:00am Regional Race 2 by race group will be 14 minutes plus 1 lap
Grids for Race 2 set by the Finishing position in Race 1
Lunch
1pm app Regional Race 3 by race group will be 20 minutes plus 1 lap
Grids for Race 3 set by Finishing position in Race 2
Race 3 is the contingency race for sanction 26-R-66148 26-VINT-66149
ENTRY FEES
Regional Entry: Early $450 / Regular $500 *
Double Dip: Early $225 / Regular $275*
One Day Early: $345 / Regular $395*
One Day Double Dip Early: $175 / Regular $225*
Compliance Fee: SRF3 & FE $30 per weekend
*Regular Fees will apply once on-line registration closes on Sunday, October 11, 2026 at 11:59pm.
PLEASE NOTE: The Early Entries will first show the Regular fee, the Early Discount will be automatically subtracted upon completion of your entry, through October 11, 2026.

PLEASE PRINT A COPY FOR YOUR OWN USE
Review and update your three preferred number choices for your vehicles profile as this list will be used to assign your car number.
ALL current Crew must be listed - not listing crew creates delays in registration.
A valid credit card must be entered in MotorsportReg in order to complete your entry.
MC, Visa, American Express, Discover accepted. Credit card payments will be held, then processed when the driver registers at the track.
Cash and checks are accepted at the track .
